Life is often difficult, where we might experience bereavement, trauma, and challenges such as depression or anxiety. We might also face milestones or have difficult life decisions to overcome. This is not something we have to tackle alone.
With the experience I've gained through my client work, I realised the value that establishing a practice like Windsor Change could bring.

I have experience working with individuals who have faced anxiety, trauma, depression, grief and more. This experience, along with my qualifications, allows me to support you through your individual circumstances. Windsor Change aims to provide a warm, non-judgemental and confidential environment for every client. I will support you as you work to gain the tools needed to manage whichever challenges you might face.
